First day of my Goal
Today I have started a new goal. I am 25 days out until I leave for Anaheim, CA. My plan is to feel great, lose weight, improve my fitness and get myself back into running again. Therefore, I have decided that I will run everyday, for the next 25 days to achieve my 100 mile goal. This will be a great way to achieve all I want to do.
It sounds simple...4 miles should only require about 40 minutes of running each day. I can accomplish this by running outside or on the treadmill. I need to stay motivated to accomplish this. Along with this I am logging my food intake daily on the Calorie Counter website.
I ran my first 4 miles today..No it was not EASY but I did not stop..I may have been moving along at a snail pace but I have done my first 4...
